Unable to Connect to WiFi
Go to the iPhone’s control center and tap the WiFi button to put it off. You would be disconnected from all WiFi networks. Wait for a few seconds and then turn the WiFi on. If this doesn’t work, instead of switching the WiFi off, you can try the same with airplane mode.

Frozen, Unresponsive Screen
Power off your Apple mobile phone. Then restart. You can also solve this problem by doing a hard reset. Hold and press the power button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
Apps Crashes Without Warning
Solution: Double press the home button for the app manager to show up. Kill the apps by swiping it. Try to reopen the app. If this doesn’t help, you may want to check if all the apps are up-to-date. Turn on the automatic updates: Settings>iTunes>App store

Solution: Hold and keep the home button and the power button pressed at the same time, the Apple logo will then appear on your screen. Your iPhone should be able to power on and off normally.

Reboot your iPhone mobile by pressing and holding the power button and the home button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo appear. This whole process has to be done within 15 mins; otherwise, you may have to restart the whole recovery process again.
Unable to Back Up iPhone to iCloud
Solution: Check whether the iCloud storage limit is full. If yes, then delete some data or stop backing up. You may not need all the photos that are still kept stored in your gallery.
